一、為固定式(shi)底座傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)安(an)裝形(xing)式(shi),安(an)裝時將傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)放置在三顆(ke)固定檔柱內。因(yin)此要求(qiu)使用在溫(wen)度變化范圍不大的(de)場合,其優點(dian)是(shi)能提高秤體的(de)穩定性,而且(qie)安(an)裝調試方(fang)便。在稱重傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)安(an)裝時還應注意:
1,為防止大(da)電(dian)流流經(jing)傳感器,應在傳感器之間加裝(zhuang)短(duan)路片,以防偶然的大(da)電(dian)流流過而(er)將(jiang)其燒壞。即(ji)使如此,在需要進(jin)行(xing)大(da)從(cong)焊接時最好(hao)還是將(jiang)壓式傳感器卸(xie)下(xia),待幾作結束后(hou)再將(jiang)稱(cheng)重(zhong)傳感器安裝(zhuang)好(hao)。
2,滾珠(zhu)等移動部件應保持滑動自(zi)如,不(bu)應有卡死(si)、銹蝕(shi)等現(xian)象。
3,壓(ya)(ya)頭應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)由20mm厚(hou)的(de)鉻鋼(gang)制成,壓(ya)(ya)頭的(de)底面應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)加工成圓弧,其(qi)半徑應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)為傳感器圓頂半徑的(de)3倍以上,并(bing)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)進行熱處理以增加壓(ya)(ya)頭的(de)硬度。固(gu)定板應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)用45號鋼(gang)制成,其(qi)厚(hou)度不(bu)得小于20mm,安裝(zhuang)時的(de)水(shui)平度不(bu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)超(chao)出(chu)±0.5°。
二、滾珠(zhu)式底座傳感器的(de)安(an)裝形式,安(an)裝時將它(ta)放置在帶有凹形缺口的(de)底板(ban)上。其優點是:
當秤體或其它設備(bei)因溫(wen)度影響而(er)伸縮,使其偏離受力中心線時,可(ke)作水平方向的位(wei)移(yi)(yi)定(ding)位(wei),其位(wei)移(yi)(yi)量(liang)在(zai)±5mm以內。因此可(ke)在(zai)任何情(qing)況下使稱重傳感器接受垂直力,保證(zheng)稱量(liang)準確度。
零(ling)點(dian)溫漂是決定(ding)應變(bian)式傳感器質(zhi)量的重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)參數(shu),同(tong)時也是進行溫度(du)(du)補償的重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)依據(ju)。因此在應變(bian)式稱重(zhong)傳感器生(sheng)產(chan)過(guo)程中,必須在不同(tong)溫度(du)(du)下(xia)測(ce)量傳感器零(ling)點(dian)輸出,通過(guo)對不同(tong)溫度(du)(du)下(xia)的測(ce)量結果進行分析計算,并(bing)根(gen)據(ju)計算結果進行溫度(du)(du)補償,同(tong)時剔除零(ling)點(dian)溫漂過(guo)大的不合格的稱重(zhong)傳感器。
